Best Burger Ever

The first thing I thought whenever its about Turkish food or food made by Turkish people, it's always döner or tantuni or köfte. It was never BURGER. However, I soon realise that I was wrong.

I found a burger place that suits my palate perfectly and it really does not disappoint me. It is called Filburger and it is located in Eskişehir. In Turkish, the word 'Fil' is elephant. Don't get surprised just yet, this place does not sell elephant's meat burger! It is just a name, thankfully.

I came across this place from an ads in Instagram and it catches my attention at the time. I screenshot the page and save it in my gallery as a cafe-suggestion to choose whenever I have difficulties to decide what-to-eat for the day.

As you can tell from the name, this place only sells burger. Burger with different varieties and you can choose what type of bun you prefer.

"The normal bun or black bun"

The black bun is now a trend in the world of burger. It is a must to have as a choice when you choose your preferences. Plus, I also found out that there are burger buns in other colours such as pink, green and red. Another thing that makes this place different is the chips. Seeing how they replace chips instead of french fries (common side dish), I am truly hooked on with Filburger more. It is an American-style of serving burger with chips.
