As a country surrounded with ocean, Australia is famous for its seafood. The freshness and varieties that you can get from the fish market is incredible.
These kind of seafood can just be regarded as a snack food that you can just grab and go. All you need to is; line up - choose - pay and eat along your way. Sea creatures such as lobsters, prawns, clams and of course fishes are the most famous and high demand among locals and visitors.
The way they combine the big prawn with cheese and deep fried most of the others are just unforgettable taste to the tongue. Since fish and chips are already famous in Aussie, visitors tend to have the expectation of Australia's seafood should be really good. Hence, I can see Australian tried their best in creating recipes that does not disappoint.
Seafood lovers need to come by in any fish market (especially in Sydney) to experience these moments of tasting something you will always remember.
